The heart of Denetra is to bring understanding and voice to the community of military families through her two children books, Little Soldier and Countdown To Daddy. The frequent lifestyle changes, parental absences, and unique concerns are becoming more evident every day. Coming from a military family herself; she has become an arresting personality to bring light to this blinded situation. A woman of dignity, perseverance, humility, and fervor. Denetra opens avenues of consideration into worlds not acknowledged by normalcy.

No two readers are the same, and Moore Books understands that. Moore Books currently offers a book for beginning readers, and another book for 3rd & 4th grade readers. Ms. Moore has several books brewing with one or two being focused on for publishing in the upcoming year.
